Many thanks to our fabulous seed packers!

We packed thousands of beet, radish, dill & bok choy seeds this week-- thanks to two fantastic teams of volunteers from UW and UPS.  The teams filled, stamped, stapled, and sorted more than one thousand packets of seeds, all of which will be distributed to food bank clients and giving gardeners across the city this spring.  These seeds will increase self-sufficiency and food security for low-income families: from the roots up.

Bins are finally sorted & full of seeds!

We'll have more bulk seeds arriving later this spring, so if you're interested in helping us pack bulk seeds into individual packets, please contact us at amelias@solid-ground.org.
